Beginning Band classes
are for students with little or no previous musical training. This class teaches the fundamentals of music theory and basics of instrumental performance. By the end of the class students will be able to read music (notes and rhythms) as well dynamics and articulation at musical grade level 1.5 and perform them on a band instrument.
Intermediate Band Classes
are for students that have completed beginning band class or have had at least one year of previous musical training on their instrument. By the end of this class students will be able to perform music at grade level 2.0 on their band instrument.
Advanced Band Classes
are for students that have had at least two years of previous musical training on their instrument and/or have completed the intermediate band class. By the end of this class students will be able to perform music at grade level 3.0+ on their band instrument.

Brass: Trumpet, French Horn, Euphonium, Trombone & Tuba
Woodwind: Flute, Clarinet, Oboe, Bassoon & Saxophone
Percussion: Mallets (Bells, Xylophone & Marimba) & Drums (Snare & Bass)
